چکیده
Tomato yellow leaf curl virus (TYLCV) is a major devastating viral disease, majorly affecting the tomato production globally. The disease transmitted by Whitefly. Begomovirus having six protein coding genes, among them C1/AC1 evidently associated with replication. Owing to immense role of gene, present study an initial effort elucidate factors shaping codon usage bias and evolutionary pattern TYLCV-C1/AC1 gene in five Asian countries. Based on publically available nucleotide sequence data Codon pattern, Evolutionary Phylogeographic reconstruction was carried out. revealed presence significant variation between indices all selected regions. Implying that (eNC, CAI, RCDI, GRAVY, Aromo) are seriously affected selection mutational pressure, taking supremacy gene. Further, tMRCA age 1853, 1939, 1855, 1944, 1828 for China, India, Iran, Oman South Korea, respectively integrated analysis bias, rate Phylogeography viruses signifies positive pressure regions TYLCV (C1/AC1)

Phenotypic and Molecular Screening of Tomato Germplasm for Resistance to Tomato Yellow Leaf Curl Virus
Tomato yellow leaf curl virus (TYLCV) is a major tomato virus in tropical and subtropical regions. In this study, 134 accessions of Solanum lycopersicum and six accessions of Solanum peruvianum were assessed for resistance to an Iranian isolate of TYLCV. Plants were inoculated using whiteflies (Bemisia tabaci) and the reaction of plants was evaluated based on either disease symptoms or viral DN...
متن کاملTomato yellow leaf curl virus (TYLCV-IL): a seed-transmissible geminivirus in tomatoes
Tomato yellow leaf curl virus (TYLCV) is one of the most well-known tomato-infecting begomoviruses and transmitted by Bemisia tabaci. Seed transmission has previously been reported for some RNA viruses, but TYLCV has not previously been described as a seed-borne virus. In 2013 and 2014, without whitefly-mediated transmission, TYLCV was detected in young tomato plants germinated from fallen frui...
متن کاملComplete Genomic Sequence of a Strain of Tomato Yellow Leaf Curl Virus from Iran
Background and Aims: Tomato yellow leaf curl virus (TYLCV) is one of the most destructive viruses of tomato that leads to reduced tomato yield up to 100% in tropical and subtropical regions. In this study, the complete sequence of TYLCV isolate from Hormozgan province, Iran and its recombination evsent was determined. Methods: TYLCV infected tomato was collected from Hormozgan province. Total D...
متن کاملNatural recombination between Tomato yellow leaf curl virus-is and Tomato leaf curl virus.
The complete genome sequences (2791 and 2793 nt) of isolates of Tomato yellow leaf curl virus-Is (TYLCV-Is) from Spain (SP72/97) and Portugal (Port2/95) were determined. These isolates are closely related to TYLCV-Is isolates reported in Japan (Japan-A and Japan-S) and Israel (Israel/Mild). Comparison of all sequenced isolates of TYLCV-Is showed that part of the genome comprising the intergenic...
